This giveaway is open to UK & US residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw. No purchase necessary; however, internet access and a valid Instagram account is required. By submitting your information and creating an Instagram account you agree to Instagram’s terms of use and privacy notice. If you do not agree to such terms of use and privacy notice, you cannot create an Instagram account or participate in this prize draw.
Log onto your Instagram account to submit an image as requested via Instagram Story Q&A box. All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Bulk entries from consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. The opening date for entries is 14:00 GMT 01/08/2025 The closing date of the prize draw is 14:00 GMT 02/08/2025.
A winner will be chosen by random draw on 04/08/2025 The winner will receive 1x Elvie Pump Single. The winner will be notified by private message on Instagram. The winner must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. The prize will be sent to the winner by post within 14 days of being notified of their win. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, or personal injury occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

You grant to Willow Blossom Holdco Limited and its affiliates and/or related entities (collectively “Elvie”) a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable right to use your video(s), photo(s) and/or other content posted to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or YouTube, together with your social media handle, social media user name, profile picture, caption and location information you may have included in your content (“User Content”) that you have tagged with any of the Hashtag(s) defined below in any media, including but not limited to on its webpages and social media pages, retailer sites, third party sites, stores for its marketing and/or its advertising. You grant Elvie the right to use your username, real name, image, likeness or other identifying information in connection with any use of your User Content.
Elvie may use, display, reproduce, distribute, transmit, combine with other materials, alter and/or edit the User Content for legal and/or regulatory reasons in any way it sees fit (while maintaining the original sentiment), with no obligation to you whatsoever.
You confirm and agree that:
(i) you own all the rights in the User Content and/or that you have permission from any person(s) appearing in the User Content to grant the rights herein;
(ii) you and all other person(s) appearing in the User Content are not under 16; and
(iii) Elvie’s use of your User Content will not break any law or violate the rights of a third party. Elvie has the right to disclose your identity to any third party who claims that the User Content infringes their rights.
You warrant that your User Content is truthful and accurate and that it does not misleadingly exaggerate the effect any Elvie product(s) are capable of achieving.
You acknowledge and agree that the User Content could be subject to “viral” communication (word-of-mouth communication) on third party websites and that Elvie will not be liable for any claim or action in this regard.
You consent to Elvie’s collection of any personal information you provide, and Elvie’s use and disclosure of that personal information in connection with the use of your User Content as described above. Your personal information may be transferred to or accessible from outside the EEA, and may be shared with affiliates or other trusted third parties working on Elvie’s behalf. By posting User Content with any Hashtag(s) defined below or otherwise providing Elvie with personal information, you agree to such collection, use, disclosure, transfer and processing of your information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, Elvie’s Privacy Policy, and applicable data protection laws and regulations.
You will not hold Elvie, or any person acting on Elvie’s behalf, responsible for any claims or demands in connection with the use of your User Content.
You accept that Elvie will not pay you for the use of your User Content and/or for any intellectual property rights connected with them.
You accept that Elvie may refuse to use or remove your User Content for any reason.
If you change your mind about sharing your User Content, or you do not want Elvie to contact you about User Content again, please opt out by contacting us at www.elvie.com/contact.
